This study evaluates EmoBot, a state-of-the-art emotionally aware chatbot, by collecting and analyzing user feedback to identify its strengths and weaknesses. We have proposed targeted improvements to enhance EmoBots user experience and offer a framework for assessing emotionally aware chatbots based on user expectations and experiences.
